About the role
We're looking for independent sales agents who can find businesses that need our services and close the deal. You bring the client. Our team scopes, builds and delivers the work.
This is a fully remote, commission-only contract role. There is no base salary.
Location: Remote. Open to candidates based anywhere who can close deals. Digivolve is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Responsibilities
- Find and qualify businesses that need a website, custom software, SEO, social media management or hosting
- Present Digivolve's services and explain clearly what each will do for the client
- Register every lead with Digivolve before you close it
- Negotiate and close deals within our agreed pricing
- Stay in touch with your clients through to project handover
What you'll sell
- Websites: built in 48 hours once the scope is agreed
- Custom software built around how a business works
- SEO (monthly packages)
- Social media management (monthly packages)
- Hosting and domains (yearly)
Compensation
- Commission only: up to 20% on every deal you close
- Commission is paid when Digivolve receives payment from the client
- Full terms are set out in the agent agreement
Requirements
- Proven ability to close sales, or a strong network of business owners
- Able to explain digital services in plain language
- Self-driven, able to manage your own time and pipeline
- A smartphone and a reliable internet connection
