The positions are based in Dar es Salaam and Morogoro and require experienced commercial-vehicle maintenance professionals capable of managing workshop operations, maintenance teams, vehicle diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance and spare-parts control.

The opportunity comes with a salary of USD 2,000 per month, plus accommodation, food, transport and health insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial vehicle maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a workshop or maintenance team.
• Experience working with buses, coaches or heavy commercial vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics.
• Strong vehicle-repair knowledge.
• Experience in preventive maintenance.
• Experience in spare-parts control.
• Practical knowledge of workshop operations.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Strong planning skills.
• Strong team-management capabilities.
• Good command of English and Kiswahili.
• Willingness to relocate to Tanzania where applicable.

Added Advantage

Experience working with Yutong or other Chinese commercial vehicles will be an added advantage.
