Mega Beverages Limited is looking for experienced and results-driven Trade Marketers to drive in-market execution, increase brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement. The role ensures availability and distribution of products while supporting sales growth across trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trade marketing activities aligned with approved marketing calendars
• Implement promotions, activations, merchandising, and visibility initiatives
• Ensure proper execution of POSM and branding in the market
• Drive product visibility and brand dominance across outlets
• Monitor product display, shelf share, and merchandising standards
• Conduct regular market visits to assess brand execution and competitor activity
• Support stock management, forecasts, and inventory planning
• Coordinate with sales teams and distributors for effective commercial execution

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or sales (FMCG preferred)
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, or trade marketing
• Experience in brand management and commercial execution
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• High knowledge of Sales Force Automation tools
• Strong understanding of trade marketing and brand activation
