Operations & Logistics Officer

Nobac International Trade Company Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Logistics Officer to support and enhance transport and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily logistics and transport operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Coordinate fleet scheduling, dispatch, and delivery execution
• Manage communication between drivers, clients, and service providers
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational challenges promptly
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation
• Support cost control and continuous operational performance improvement activities

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in logistics, transport, or operations management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and operate with minimal supervision
