A reputable logistics and transportation company is seeking a qualified and motivated HR Officer to join its team in Dar es Salaam.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree in:

• Human Resource Management
• Labour Relations and Public Management
• Public Administration

✅ Minimum of 2 years' working experience in Human Resources, preferably within a Logistics and Transportation Company

✅ Good understanding of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and personnel administration

✅ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
