Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performance Business Development Manager responsible for driving revenue across:

• DigitalBrain software solutions
• IQBrain training programs
• IQBrain College courses

This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, competitive, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Sell software systems, digital platforms, and IT solutions
• Promote and sell training programs and educational courses
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and institutions
• Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals
• Represent the company in field visits and networking events
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

🎯 Sales Target

• Minimum monthly sales target: TSh 5,000,000
• Strong focus on performance and revenue generation

🧠 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-driven with ability to meet targets independently
• Experience in tech, training, or education sector is an added advantage

🚗 Additional Requirements

• Must know how to drive (valid driving license required)
• Will use an office car for client visits and field activities
• Required to attend office 3 days per week
