Role overview

CRDB Bank seeks a Specialist Data Integration at its Tanzania Head Office. Permanent position in the Data Management Office, reporting to the Manager Data Architecture and Integration. One opening.

Key responsibilities

• Build secure batch, ETL/ELT, replication, streaming, API and file integrations.
• Onboard sources, validate data and optimise performance.
• Investigate recurring incidents and implement lasting fixes.
• Maintain documentation, controls and governed production changes.

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant computing, IT, software engineering or information systems degree.
• At least 3 years in data integration, engineering, ETL/ELT or API integration.
• Advanced SQL/PLSQL and practical integration tools such as ODI, GoldenGate, Informatica, SSIS, Kafka or NiFi.
• Python or Shell, REST, orchestration, Git and CI/CD skills.
• Relevant certifications, Spark/PySpark, T24, regulatory reporting and ITIL knowledge are advantages.
