Position 1: Legal Officer (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory services to the organization.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and employment laws.
- Support dispute resolution and legal risk management activities.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external legal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree
✅ Minimum 4 years of legal experience
✅ Valid Advocate License
✅ Strong knowledge of Corporate Law and Employment Law
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and legal drafting skills
Position 2: Sales Officer (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and client engagement plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
✅ Minimum 3 years of sales experience
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
✅ Experience in the construction or machinery industry is an added advantage
✅ Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
