Flight Tickets, Facilitation and Candidate Readiness

Flight tickets covered upfront: Our European partner will pay the flight-ticket costs upfront. These costs are recoverable through payroll deductions over the first six months of employment, together with the agreed remaining facilitation-fee balance.

Maximum initial funds: TZS 1,200,000. Candidates must have all required application, employment and travel documents ready and initial facilitation funds not exceeding TZS 1,200,000.

The ticket cost, full facilitation-fee breakdown, initial payment, remaining balance and six-month payroll deduction schedule will be set out in writing for the candidate before commitment. Flight tickets are financed upfront, not a non-repayable benefit; payroll deductions will reduce take-home pay during the recovery period.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 21 years old
✅ Valid passport and heavy-vehicle driving licence
✅ Professional driving experience preferred
✅ Physically fit and safety-conscious
✅ Must meet Bosnian work-permit requirements
