Fika is recruiting a Driver Support & Operations Manager to lead daily ride-hailing operations while supporting, engaging and retaining a reliable driver network.

The position focuses on operational efficiency, service reliability, driver performance, customer satisfaction and network expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ride-hailing operations and service delivery.

• Monitor driver availability, trip completion, cancellations and service coverage.

• Recruit, onboard and support drivers.

• Coordinate driver deployment, scheduling, training and engagement.

• Resolve escalated driver and customer matters.

• Monitor operational performance, prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

• Support service-area expansion, operational growth and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Management, Human Resources, Communications or a related field.

• Two to four years' experience in operations, transport, logistics, mobility, customer support, field operations or a technology-enabled business.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with drivers, field teams, transport or platform businesses is an advantage.

• Ability to work in the field and engage with diverse driver networks.

• Strong customer service, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
