Job Summary
Hello Today is seeking qualified and dependable 3-Ton Truck Drivers to join its logistics team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely, completing customer deliveries, and ensuring proper handover of products to customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers with delivery experience who are committed to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company 3-ton trucks safely and efficiently.
- Deliver goods to customers according to assigned schedules.
- Verify delivery quantities and ensure accurate handover of goods.
- Obtain customer acknowledgements and delivery confirmations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delivery issues immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned vehicles.
- Follow company transport, safety, and traffic regulations.
- Keep accurate delivery and trip records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Tanzania driving licence suitable for operating 3-ton trucks.
- Proven driving experience.
- Experience in product delivery and customer handover processes.
- Good knowledge of Dar es Salaam roads and routes.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Honest, responsible, and safety conscious.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
