Conserve Safari Camps and Lodges is inviting qualified, experienced and motivated professionals to join its hospitality team in Arusha, Tanzania.
The organisation is recruiting for five positions across sales and marketing, accounting, personalised guest services and laundry operations.
Successful candidates will contribute to delivering professional hospitality services and memorable safari experiences.
Available Positions
1. Sales and Marketing Executive – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
-
Promote and sell the company's accommodation properties to local and international clients.
-
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients and business partners.
-
Manage client enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities using CRM systems.
-
Identify new business opportunities.
-
Implement strategies to increase accommodation bookings and revenue.
Qualifications and Requirements
-
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
-
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and client relationship management.
-
Excellent written and spoken English.
-
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
-
Ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
2. Accountant – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage daily accounting operations, financial records and reconciliations.
-
Prepare financial reports, budgets and cash flow statements.
-
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll records and financial documentation.
-
Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and TRA requirements.
-
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
Qualifications and Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
-
Three to five years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in hospitality.
-
Proven experience using accounting software, particularly Xero.
-
Good understanding of TRA tax procedures, statutory compliance and tax filings.
-
Strong analytical, organisational and numerical skills.
-
High integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Butler – 2 Positions
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide personalised and professional guest services.
-
Respond to guest requests and maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
-
Coordinate and support daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
-
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hospitality.
-
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
-
Three to five years of experience as a Butler, Waiter, Restaurant Attendant or in a similar hospitality role.
-
Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
-
Good written and spoken English.
-
Professional appearance, attention to detail and positive attitude.
-
Ability to work flexible hours while maintaining high service standards.
4. Laundry Attendant – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
-
Receive, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold and distribute guest laundry, linen, towels and staff uniforms.
-
Operate and maintain laundry machinery correctly.
-
Inspect linen and clothing for stains, damage and cleanliness.
-
Use laundry chemicals and cleaning products safely.
-
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation in the laundry area.
-
Monitor supplies and report shortages or damaged equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements
-
Three to five years of experience in laundry operations, preferably in hotels, lodges, camps or similar hospitality establishments.
-
Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and washing procedures.
-
Understanding of stain removal, ironing and fabric care.
-
Knowledge of laundry hygiene, chemical handling and workplace safety.
-
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to manage workloads and meet operational deadlines.
-
Reliability, teamwork and commitment to quality standards.
